Keri Systems NXT-2D 2 Door NXT Controller with Keri Firmware

The NXT-2D Controller is designed for modern IT environments. It leverages existing TCP/IP networks to eliminate or significantly reduce (up to 50%) cabling costs compared to traditional hard-wired systems, using affordable CAT-5 cable. This controller is highly intelligent, minimizing network traffic and conserving bandwidth. Its built-in Ethernet functionality and Keri's proprietary MAC addressing scheme ensure reliable hardware discovery and simple one-button auto-configuration. The system's flexibility can be enhanced by adding up to two 4X4 Input/Output boards (NXT-4X4) to each of the controller's RS-485 trunks. Users can opt for Keri's secure 4-wire NXT Series Proximity Readers or any standard Wiegand output reader, along with the NXT-RM3 Reader Interface Module. The system is managed using Doors.NET software, which maintains the familiar look and feel of Keri's original DoorsTM software while offering Client/Server architecture functionality.
